From September 20th to 27th, 2016, a delegation led by Professor Sun Fangcheng, CTBU’s president, paid visits to partner universities in France and the Netherlands. In the delegation were leaders from President Office, International Cooperation and Exchange Office, International Business School and Economic Management Experimental Teaching Center.
The delegation visited Université Lumière-Lyon 2, Aix-Marseille Université, Université de Montpellier, France and Windesheim University of Applied Sciences, the Netherlands. During the visit, the delegation was warmly received by the above partner universities. A MOU was signed with Université de Montpellier, France, which signified the official cooperation on Double Degree Program between CTBU and Université de Montpellier. During the visit, the delegation discussed with the partner universities on consolidating the existing projects and expanding new areas of cooperation, joint academic research, faculty and students exchanges and joint training of entrepreneurship to students. The delegation also visited CTBU students who were studying for their double degree at Université Lumière-Lyon 2 and Aix-Marseille Université.
CTBU has been cooperating with Université Lumière-Lyon 2 and Aix-Marseille Université for more than ten years. The two universities have received more than 300 students from CTBU for double degrees. Windesheim University and CTBU started the cooperation in 2006. And since then the two universities have carried out a wide range of cooperation in various disciplines.
